Find a Meeting
Al-Anon Family Groups are a fellowship of relatives and friends of alcoholics who share their experience, strength, and hope with one another, in order to solve their common problems and to help others do the same. The only requirement for membership is that there be a relative or friend with a drinking problem.
Whom you see and what you hear at a meeting is strictly confidential. Anonymity is core to our program. Al-Anon meetings are free. Donations are welcome but not required.
If you are new to Al-Anon it is suggested that you try at least six meetings before you decide if Al-Anon is right for you. Each meeting follows the same steps, traditions and concepts and yet each meeting is slightly unique.
Unless listed otherwise, all Al-Anon meetings are open to anyone who is interested in finding out about the family disease of alcoholism.
PLEASE NOTE: Alateen meetings are open only to under-age family members and the adult sponsors for these groups who have been screened to provide this service.
